Hi, my name is Lucy Browne
I’m a movement practitioner based in East Devon with over a decade of experience in contemporary dance and yoga.

My story so far…
I’m a fully qualified yoga and dance teacher and well-being practitioner with a passion for making movement accessible to everyone. I have extensive experience teaching yoga, creative dance, and music-based sessions to people of all ages and backgrounds. My work spans schools, youth centres, community centres, care homes, charities, and specialised settings, including those supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN), dementia, mobility challenges, and visual impairments.
As a neurodivergent individual, I bring a deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity. My goal is to create supportive environments where everyone feels welcome and empowered, regardless of their abilities or background. I’m trained in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 4 and specialise in multi-sensory, trauma-informed, and adaptive movement practices.
I offer a range of classes across East Devon, including Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Dementia Yoga, SEN Movement & Music, and Refugee Women’s wellness sessions. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet individual needs, helping participants enhance their physical and emotional well-being through mindful movement, relaxation, and creativity.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, build strength and flexibility, or simply find joy in movement, I’m here to support you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to working with you!
Best wishes,
Lucy Browne
