I work with educational settings, care homes, local health and wellbeing centres, charities, and businesses to provide bespoke sessions.
1. Hatha Yoga
Beginner to intermediate session in-person or online. A balanced practice combining breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation to promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
2. Chair Yoga
For improved mobility and comfort for induviduals with Arthritis, Parkinsons and other physical health issues.
3. Inclusive Yoga, Dance & Music
Creative movement or music session with SEN & neurodivergent communities, those with Dementia, visually impaired individuals and Deaf Communities. Offering sessions in British Sign Language on request.
4. Trauma-Informed Yoga
To use Yoga to support Trauma survirvor including refugees and asylum seekers and Victims of Domestic Abuse and Violence on a healing journey.
